How many days can I exchange my goods?

We give you a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your goods. To avoid any misunderstanding, we recommend that you try on your purchased shoes on a soft and clean ground surface. Do not remove price labels or dirty the item.

How can I return or exchange my item?

You have the right to return the article within 14 days after arrival of your sneaker. The articles can be returned to this address:

You can always ask for a new size/color or a refund. Please fill in this return form and add it to your return package. The sneakers must be unworn and undamaged in its original package. The shipping costs of the return delivery are for the customer.

Once we receive your return package and your return form, we can process your request. In case of a different size or model we will reship this on our costs to you. In case of a refund, we'll start the process of a refund. This will be refunded by the same way of your order payment. This process can take 14 days.

How will I receive my money back?

After receiving your items via return and evaluation, the refund amount will be refunded.
The method of refund will be done in the same way as the receipt of payment for your order.

Example 1: You have paid by VISA or credit card, you will receive within the 14 days the money back on your VISA or credit card.
This will be visible on your next statement from your credit company.

Example 2: You have paid by bank transfer, then you will also receive the money back within the 14 days to your bank account.
Unfortunately, if the product is defective due to normal wear and tear, we cannot reimburse this.

Reasons for complaints that we cannot reimburse are:

  • Normal wear and tear on heels and soles
  • Bare and / or damaged toes in shoes due to normal wear and tear from the outside
  • Damage to shoe eyelets
  • Shedding and lining wear due to excessive perspiration
  • Defects caused by incorrect or intensive use
  • Damaged zippers and other defects caused by incorrect use, for which the seller is not responsible

What if the article has arrived damaged?

We perform a quality check before we ship our items. This can be found in your shipping box.
If you do notice any damage, contact us immediately.
